  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity is suspected or if the product is no longer available.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in NPR (Nepali Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be completed before the order is processed. We accept mobile payments (eSewa, Khalti), bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and product type.
  • You will be informed of the estimated delivery time upon placing the order.
  • Delivery charges may apply and will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, customers have the right to request an exchange within 10 days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds are not provided—only exchanges.
  • The product will not be accepted for exchange if any of the following components are missing:
    • Fully equipped product (all parts/accessories)
    • Purchase receipt from Mero Digital Desh
    • Warranty card (if applicable)
    • Official defect report from the authorized service department
  • The money for goods (if any refund is required under legal obligation) will be returned within the timeframe established by current Nepali law.

6. Digital Products

  • For digital products (e.g., software, license keys, downloads), ensure your contact and email information is entered correctly.
  • Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide correct delivery details and be available to receive their order.
  • Any issues due to incorrect information or missed delivery will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
