Delivery & Return Policy

We deliver products all over Nepal, based on the customer’s chosen delivery location.
For physical products, if an item is damaged or incorrect, we offer an exchange only—no refunds.
For digital products, no return or refund is available once purchased.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is damaged or incorrect, customers have the right to request an exchange within 10 days of receiving the item. Refunds are not provided—only exchanges.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Mero Digital Desh store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Do you deliver on public holidays ?
  • For digital products: Yes, we deliver even on public holidays.

  • For physical products: No, we do not deliver on public holidays.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the size of the product.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product ?

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will replace it after verifying the product and its condition. No refunds are provided—only exchanges.
